The Crystal Cabinet offers the following Returns Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item within 10 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be in new condition with original packing material. Merchandise in less than new condition can not be returned. To return merchandise you must contact returns@crystalcabinet.net to obtain an RA (return authorization) number.
